How to Level Up Before 2025|Winter Arc

I recently came across this term on the internet "Winter arc" and I am sure you would have too. Winter Arc is a trending internet word these days and it involves setting goals and habits for personal development and growth during the winter months so that we have a headstart before 2025 starts.

Here's a quick recap of a few of the things you are supposed to do to be the best version of yourself

--> Wake up early

-->Meditate daily

-->Journal

-->Exercise

-->Meditate

-->Read

I know most of us would have given a try to any of such challenges before as well be it under the facade of "Winter Arc", "75-hard", or "level-up challenge " just to name a few, but what can we do differently this time so that we do not have to look up a level-up article like this one the next time :p

This time instead of being hard on ourselves, let's try being compassionate, light AND determined with ourselves, and whenever we feel we are not progressing as we should be, whisper these words to ourselves "IT'S OKAY!!"

--> It's okay if I skipped the workout today.."It's just a day of missed workout nothing to work out" I will be back in the gym tomorrow with greater energy, and if possible will also try to make up for today; 's missed workout. This helps us shift our thoughts from regret to a place of improving the situation. And it would be great if one could cultivate this mindset over everything in life

--> It's okay!! out of the list that the internet and the world say one must complete to be successful, there would be a few that no matter how hard we try, we just can't...again take a deep breath and whisper those two words to yourself " Its okay!!", we do not have to be the 100% in everything to have a great day or to be successful.

Rather than cribbing and feeling bad about the things that we are not able to do, we should try and shift our mindset towards the habits that we can cultivate and improve, and benefit from them as much as we can.

And of course, the habit that we think is impossible for us, we are gonna break through that too, but maybe just not today...once the other habits have become second nature to us and therefore no energy is being used, we can put more of our efforts and time into our dreaded habit.

For example, the hardest task on the planet for me is to wake up early, and it does feel bad/pathetic sometimes to wake up late in the day, but over time I have learned to focus on the positives rather than being in a state of regret the whole day....making the most of what I have left in the day...also not carrying the burden of waking up early gives me more time at night to enhance my knowledge, focus on building my skills, one at a time rather than having to think about having to wake up early that was only hampering my productivity.

So for now let's just focus on all the good and great things we can do, bask in the benefits, and when we are armored with other skills, when the time is right we will for sure break through all the odds too! I hope this article gave you a sense of calm and direction towards becoming one's best version, I came across some beautiful lines on Instagram a while ago and would like you to have a read too, happy progressing!

If you can't meditate, pause before every sip of coffee.

If you can't pray, simply say "thank you" before every meal.

If you can't manifest, enjoy what's already yours.

And if you can't journal, talk to yourself in the car.

There's no spirituality rulebook.

Just show up for yourself in ways that feel good to you.
